Favourite place visited on a road trip? Memphis, Tennessee was incredible to visit – it’s such a fun, vibrant city, and if you’re into music and food then there’s not many places that beat it. You can bar-hop down Beale Street and catch some of the local singer-songwriters doing their thing while you tuck into some real soul food, and a visit to Graceland is a must-do to get a taste of how The King, Elvis Presley, lived!

Most recent road trip? Vancouver-Whistler-Sun Peaks-Kelowna-Vancouver – Getting to witness the epic landscapes of Canada was unbelievable! From the bustling city to the picturesque ski resorts and back again, it was a real once-in-a-lifetime experience to drive through the mountains.

Favourite hotel? The Fairmont Chateau Whistler is immense! Set in the mountains of British Columbia, it’s just as grand as you’d expect a Fairmont to be, but very rustic and in keeping with its surroundings.

Which road trip is next up? Little Rock-Miami – starting out with the rolling fields of the Deep South’s Arkansas and Mississippi and finishing on the neon strip of Florida’s number one party city is quite a contrast, but that just goes to show how vast and varied America can be. This trip also takes you through the southern-most part of Alabama too, meaning I’ll get to visit four states in just under 1,200 miles.
